Grupo DIFARE: CDE GD & Parque Logístico GD

Communication project for "Grupo DIFARE" on the start-up of "Centro de Distribución Especializado GD" and the inauguration of "Parque Logístico GD". Internal: Give support to Change Management to logistics collaborators on the new culture that had to be adapted in the new facilities. External: Inform customers, suppliers and own sales points about the changes, benefits and new processes that are handled in the CDE GD.
